What connecting an account means
Google Calendar access is read-only. Each practice completes its own setup. Connecting an account does not create appointments, transfer demographics between portals, or automatically enable patient messaging. Automated workflows require separate verification and activation.
Google Calendar information is used for connected scheduling features and is not sent to an AI model by the calendar-connection flow.
