EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 28, 2026
Terms of Service
Operator: Eirena Psychiatry PLLC. Contact: probetelehealth@gmail.com. Effective date: October 28, 2026.
Purpose and access
The platform supports practice administration through configured workspaces, connections, patient links, tasks and supported messaging features. Access is for authorized users acting on behalf of a practice. Keep sign-in credentials private and promptly report access that should be removed.
Connecting accounts
Connect only accounts and records you are authorized to use. Each practice must authorize its own integrations. Google Calendar access through the connection setup is read-only. You remain responsible for permissions and obligations associated with connected third-party services.
Patient identity and appointments
Verify patient identity and exact booking links before enabling a workflow. A matching name alone is insufficient. A calendar event or message does not independently establish clinical eligibility, insurance coverage, payment clearance or the completion of a visit. Practices remain responsible for appointment accuracy and changes.
Messages and clinical responsibility
Some workflows prepare drafts for human review; separately approved workflows may send administrative messages automatically. Review the displayed mode before activation. Providers retain responsibility for clinical assessment, prescriptions and treatment decisions. The platform is not an emergency service and must not be relied on for urgent clinical monitoring.
Availability and limitations
Features depend on configured permissions, third-party availability and verified source data. Connections may expire or need renewed authorization. No guarantee is made that every message, booking change or reminder will be processed without interruption. Practices should maintain an appropriate alternative process when a feature is unavailable.
Privacy and appropriate use
Use the service consistently with the Privacy Policy and your authority to handle the records involved. Do not access another practice's records without authorization, upload unnecessary sensitive information, bypass access controls or misuse credentials.
Commercial arrangements
Subscription pricing, service commitments and any required healthcare or data-processing agreements are established separately with the operator. These public terms do not by themselves establish a paid subscription or authorize patient-data processing beyond configured and separately authorized features.
Support and updates
Contact the operator for support, access changes or questions. The operator may update these terms and will post the effective version here.
